my rose bushes are being eaten up by these small green worms looking for natural pestiside to use?

Try taking a spray bottle of water, add about 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of dish soap, shake it lightly, and spray it on the plants a few times. It should do the trick.
Another way would be to make a “tea”, with water and tobacco leaves, and then after its cooled, spray it on the plants.
Orrrrrrrr, you could just get a few lizards, and place them around your plants.
